Return and Refund Policy


REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase; we will grant a refund or exchange but only after the product is returned and validated as received in the condition sent.
• If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
• Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. The wrong items must be shipped back so the correct items can be resent.

Refund Details

 

  • Time - You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to request a refund. 
  • Method of refund - Your refund will be re-issued to the same form of payment that was used to make the purchase. 
  • Product condition - Product must not be damaged / broken.
  • Guarantee:  once we reply back that you've been approved to move forward with the refund (after the product has been returned) we will process the refund by providing you with a credit to the original method of payment within 14 days.
